Some decent groove and hazy atmosphere, but the riffs just aren't immersive or crushing enough. This sounds more like if Monolord delved into stoner rock or if Bongripper scrapped their sludge aspects and focused more on drawing out melodies instead of straight up droning. The vocals are also a tad too nasally for my liking.

A mixed bag of a stoner doom album, but not awful. It would have settled better had the majority of the album sounded closer to what the end of "Tree of Woe" sounds like.

The music is alright but the best thing this album has achieved is that it created a shit storm for the asshole that runs Stoned Meadow Of Doom YT channel.

The SJWs at MetalSucks accuse him of being a racist bigot (which he may well be), but Acid Mammoth called him out for being pissed off at them because the band allowed 666MrDoom to upload their album, while the SMOD guy wanted exclusivity. And it's not that he gives any of his profit back to the bands. Imagine being a musician and having someone swear at you on social media for not giving him exclusive rights to upload your work on his channel. The music industry has become pretty fucked up for a long time, in the past it was record companies, now it is YouTube channels that are run from mommies' basements.

Fuck that for a laugh, I say. And fuck SMOD and all the worthless losers that make profit from musicians' hard work without giving anything back.
