I was going to review this but couldn't muster up more than 300 words to say it just isn't worth the effort trudging through this thing. Generic war metal with demo quality production value and some of the most grating vocals you'll ever hear. Which is all likely intentional because it's fucking Revenge and that's their shtick but this is purely unpleasant on all fronts, and not in the challenging your senses kind of way.

I could have sworn it was 300 for some reason, and though it's only a difference of 50 words (typically 1-2 sentences in my case, as I can usually stretch out a thought to its fullest potential, as is the case here) it seems significantly shorter and almost unfair to call it a review, especially considering I've commented many times with a longer word count.

Maybe I'll throw something together but I don't know if the world needs another sub-5 front page Killjoy review, because this album (spoiler alert) gets a solid 4 from me.

I haven't listened to this album yet. But it's a shame to read that. I only own their debut so far and I enjoyed it quite a bit. At least enough for wanting to buy following albums.

I don't find it as disappointing as Troy, and I quite like the vocals. It's average "war" metal though. If it were any long than it is, it would overstay its welcome.

It's fucking disgusting and I like it. Simple. Alo, it's much more varied than some of their other works. More slow pasages for example.
