Nothing wrong with this release. It's "Images & Words Live in Japan" all over the place. It's not a bait and switch at all if they have only included the Images & Words part on the album from the Images & Words and Beyond tour that it was recorded on.

I think it's reasonable to expect the full show considering DT's live albums are usually 2 or 3-disc affairs. Even if they play a full album (Live Scenes From New York, for example) they include loads of extra material (there's a full live performance of A Change Of Seasons on that album).
That said, the album is exactly what it says it is: Images And Words live.
