This is not bad, if you accept this band never play like first in 4 albums you can dig it. I enjoy it sortha prog and black. Maybe not in big think my genre when its prog but this was OK.

Definitely has that same feel of exploration that you get from The Sleeping Gods and Thorn. They seem to relax a bit and try out stuff in their EPs that might not fit on a full album. The results are mixed and not always unified (The Sleeping Gods had how many different types of songs?), but you can get a sense of them seeing where an idea will take them. I set aside expectations for these EPs and just listen for hints of what might be to come.

Wonderful EP. Quite similar to Utgard, could have been bonus tracks. This band is killing it in the 2020's!
