Another boring acoustic album!

I am VERY curious about how some of these tracks will sound and be arranged... namely Don't Say a Word, As if the World Wasn't Ending, and On the Faultline.

As I've said in another thread, though, I do wish they'd concert some effort into writing some original acoustic tracks instead of purely covers. After how weak the last album was, I feel like it's been so long since I've gotten some good new Sonata...

(The Ninth Hour and Pariah's Child were excellent, though)

I like what they did with "The Rest Of The Sun Belongs to me". As for the rest, it was nice to hear once. Just once though.

Well, should have been a better timing to bring it out around the x-mas fireplace. wont be returning much to this i guess, some are interesting, others fail to rise to the original feeling... miss them though, but powerful and fast, as they once were...i can dream cant I ? Maybe a symphonic try would have brought more joy....

I read in an interview with Tony Kakko that they'll record a full on power metal album in 2023, just one more time "before they get too old to play it live". So who knows?

Well thats a ray of hope....

Enjoyed this one a lot more than Volume 2.
