This is better than Siege. The hooks are back and so are the harsh vocals (on the last 2 tracks only). I might even go as far as to say that this is their best since Progenitor.

I tried to get into this band and no doubt they show some skills yet most songs end up being pretty generic or better said based upon the same melodic skeleton. Hear one, hear them all kind of syndrom. Too bad.

Another year, another Mechina album. And every year, my patience for them is getting thinner.

Does this guys know how to change a chord? this is so one dimensional it actually hurts

The album is great, an improvement over Siege with lots of atmosphere and delicious melodies. Picking this over the adjacent 'multidimentional' new Wilderun (which will undoubtedly get tons of praise) with close to zero catchy harmonies anyday.

This is like Walmart Meshuggah mixed with Owl City

This is irritatingly tedious to listen to, and the vocals are annoying.

My first listen to Mechina. It's not that the album is bad , it's just really really one dimensional. There is no risk taking, no modulation. Felt very very bland.
