Humanotone is an extraordinary solo project by the Chilean-born Jorge Cisternas Monsalves. Now, when I say a solo project, I really mean a solo project, as Jorge wrote the music himself, played all the instruments himself and even designed the artwork himself. Solid band and debut but the second album is even better.

This album is great! I agree the second release is even better, but so far this band can do no wrong, my only drawback if it is one, are his album lengths, but that's just because I usually find it hard to focus for an hour in one sitting. I'm not even bothered that the lyrics are in Spanish the music is thst good. I really admire the soft vocals, and the song structures are so wonderfully crafted. The guitarwork is a joy to listen to and the tone is spot on. And all this is the work of one man? Remarkable talent
