It has all the right elements, it's brutal, heavy, has a good tempo, good tone and a reasonable amount of groove. The lead guitaring is very good, probably more of a highlight than the riffs for me. The vocals are standard death metal growls nothing special, and the songwriting and structures are fairly average for the most part, but there are some top quality tracks like "You Are What You Devour".

There's a slight Bolt Thrower factor about this, but unfortunately it falls a wee bit short in certain departments, just like most modern death metal bands. It sounds good still, and is a decent album overall but I've heard much better, it was also good to hear Karl Willets on vocals for the final track.
