The vocals come off a bit whiny towards the end of certain notes, could only make it two tracks in before I felt nauseous. Glad they improved on the next album.

Does anyone know if Johanna Depierre recorded any other music, ever? I've googled the hell out of her and didn't find anything. Such an incredibly effective voice. Clear, beautiful, and leaves every lyric just dripping with subtext. I love this album so hard. Both Amaran albums are excellent and special gems but this is my preference.
