In the last decade or so, it has been a great time to be a fan of thrash; not only has there been a bounty of new bands releasing seminal releases, but veterans of the scene have reformed or returned from a long hiatus away from the studio.

A Nice Guy
Wow their first album in 33 years! Yes I agree with the above comment about the artwork, it does look kinda cheesy. It's not a bad album though, it has it's good moments, although the songwriting does seem kind of generic. For me personally I feel like it has a touch of European power metal about it.

The vocals aren't bad, they have some of the old 80's spirit of thrash in them, and slight power metal ish. The solo's sound pretty cool, they are super technical but also quite melodic aswel, and the riffs are generally not that bad, although nothing memorable or outstanding either, I would have liked to hear more of the riffs though, I think the lead guitars took over too much imo.

The songs "Creating The Abyss", and "Devil In The Mirror" are my pick as favourites, although not particularly great, and the rest are kind of average imo.

Metal Rambo

Definitely not as good as their first two, but I find this entertaining as well. I don't know what happened, but I must've gotten some really bad copy or demo version of this when I first tried listening, because it sounded way worse than the actual album.
You've got a lot of guts. Let's see what they look like!
