One of the most sinister and authentic sounding black metal releases so far this year. The harsh, shrieking vocals, hypnotic riffs and dark, eerie atmosphere bring this album to life. The first track has an atmosphere that really draws you in right from the start, which then sets the tone for the rest of the album.

I personally think the mix could have done with a bit of tweaking tbh, I really wanted to hear those amazing screams and shrieks more clearly, so I could get the full atmospheric effect. And unfortunately the atmosphere does tend to wear off slightly towards the end, perhaps it could have done with a change of tempo at some point towards the end, but that's just me.

This is a really sinister atmosphere created by these guys, a tad too repetitive if at all.
