Type O negative didn't go out with a fizzle,they went out with a bang, and their last album before pete steele's untimely death is chockfull of brilliant material. There are tedious moments, but not enough to dfrag this down one whole point.

This is my favourite Type O Negative album. Songwriting ability shown on it is close to brilliant.

For 77 minutes, this album flies by really quick! Really great album, sad that it's the band's last one.

I'm really not a big fan of Type O Negative, but listening to She Burned Me Down, I realize how well metal fits with bombastic Russian music.

After so many years I listened, its pretty damn good album I say, a bit long but all songs worked fine, great thing IMO

An underrated one from Type O. September Sun and An Ode To Locksmiths are absolutely great songs. It is much better than Life Is Killing Me, my least favorite of theirs, but I would not say it comes close to their 90s material.

So I bought their most affordable album on vinyl. Naturally I felt compelled to seek out a copy of the deluxe version for the 3rd disk of live tracks.

Not quite at the same level as Bloody Kisses and October Rust which (for me) were peak ToN, but definitely on a par with Life Is Killing Me and World Coming Down.

For me their two earliest LPs are good but not spectacular. If Marcel was still around he'd disagree, but I certainly wouldn't say Slow, Deep and Hard was their best. I like that album but it's going to be one of the last I seek a copy of. At the moment, I'm not intending to buy the ass album at all because it's disgusting!!
