This was nothing new and unheard of but it worked. There is so many symphonic metal bands nowadays that I kinda don't like to keep track but I'm happy I listened to this. It's a long album but there is good amount of harsh vocals which kept me awake. It still could have been shorter.

I liked it much more than expected. The main problem with this are the melodies. It lacks catchiness of "Neverworlds End" and "Sacrificium", but in general very pleasant comeback.

It only seems right that Marco Heubaum collaborate with Critical Role for their upcoming animated series.

Way too formulaic. I wish I could rate it better, but a "good album" is more than enough for a disc with practically no boldness.

On first listen as expected, first 5 tracks which were already released are the best, then 6th track is also amazing, the rest not so much.

It's fresh and they tried to make a different album, a bombastic one, but it's not that great.

Ten years ago, Xandria was among the symphonic metal champions. This is but a shadow.

I dunno, i've really fallen out of love with symphonic metal in the past couple years, trading it for the likes of black metal and metalgaze. alcest and immortal and the like.
but god damn does this tug at the nostalgia heartstrings. it's really doing it for me.

Not sure but this might be their best, more good song writing, structured songs, new good looking singer did her job in videos whit looking good. Music, well never been fan of this band, need re listen, but like I said to me its best. Only problem is such bands shoot make longer albums as 50 minutes

I liked a couple of albums from this band, I still don't know if I should give this a chance, symphonic metal is a hit and miss with me anyway.

Not unlike most vanilla symphonic metal bands... (The bigger ones)

Pretty bland and boring. Vocals are weak and uninspired. Used to love this band so much, bring back Manuela!!

I agree with the fact there is nothing extremely bold with this album, yet I really find it good to not merit less than a 8. I really hope this "safe" album is just the beginning of something truly ... Epic(a, let's keep real, Epica with their latest albums really set a new formula for sympho bands)

Well, people really has different tastes and viewpoint of things in life. I found it totally opposite to that. A very powerful and impressive release, with an Ambre's great performance. Such a great comeback with an all new line-up.

Waited 6 years for this and I am not disappointed. Absolutely love the new vocalist. Reminds me of the switch from Tarja to Annette for Nightwish. And just like with Nightwish, I like ALL of their vocalists. This new one is no exception. Is it the most original work? No... it's not. Reminds me of an Epica or Within Temptation album. But regardless, I loved every single song and was in the clouds throughout the entire listen.

I'm amazed that out of the thirteen tracks featured on this album, there's not a single one that I can say really stands out. On a symphonic album of this grandeur I usually expect maybe one or two very good tracks, maybe a few poor one's, and the rest reasonable, but here here I find every track to be at the very least average. That being said there's still some fine symphonic moments, just nothing that I can say wows me One thing I can't fault though is the sensational vocal performance.
