I hope they can put something out as good as Horizons again.

A new release by Anubis Gate always makes me happy. All of their albums so far have been great.

I hope they can get back to the level of Horizons and recover from the last album...

Weird album sometimes good sometimes bad, but way to long.

I like what I heard - I think the direction they are going in is good, but for some reason I don't remember anything really off the album after a first listen. Really weird. It may change after a more focussed listen, will maybe give it another go in the upcoming days.

Nice and easy listening

Yes, very solid and much better than last album.

Much better than Covered in Black, but they've finally transitioned to pure progressive metal. It's a big, proggy, clean, classy album with good ideas, but it certainly feels like they forgot they were the kings of riffs and melody in power/prog. I dig it, but it makes me sad thinking of the Andromeda - Horizons run.

I like it a lot, very good trad/power prog. Very signature Anubis Gate style. "Number Stations" has an excellently unique atmosphere, and in "The Phoenix" the manage to do wonders with the most generic chord progression ever invented. I would remove a couple of songs, and some have a few moments of silence in the middle where you feel like the song should've ended, only for it to suddenly continue. Most notably "Ignorance Is Bliss".
In the end still a great album, as someone who wasn't a big fan of Andromeda I find this one their second best album overall.
