Very impressive melodeath, some exceptional riffs, great synth work and great songwriting. I enjoy the whole album but "Loviatar" is a particular stand-out for me

The stand out track for me is "Flickan som Försvann" (The Girl Who Disappeared). Only complaint I have is that the vocals are a bit low in the mix and have a tendency to drown in the instrumentation. Other than that this is a very good album.

I didn't remember their previous albums having a folksiness such as appears on She Comes At Night (and a lesser extent Flickan Som Försvann), I enjoyed that here and wouldn't have minded more of it. I'd say it's arguably more of a meloblack than melodeath album^, but does take sizeable aspects from both, and brings them together nicely

After a few seconds was impressed by sound and production, but also the musicianship is great, lets see how often it will spin this year, might still climb high on the aoty list.

The sheer number of great melodies on this album, love it. Some great touch of melodeath and folky stuff to add a breath of fresh air to the wall of meloblack sound. "Lupus Luna" is a fantastic song.

Best song is Flickan som Försvann, otherwise it is good melo bm album, enjoyable. I liked female guest vocals to.
