Primitive and fun record. Only six songs (and a instrumental intro) where the title track, Gate of Gehenna and Laying Down The Law could be considered forgotten NWOBHM classics. Gates of Gehenna is a re-recording from their first EP, this version is rawer and has a more epic feel. The singer is a bit so-so and the production is quite bad but overall it's a decent debut album.

The song Nightstalker was featured in the video game Brutal Legend.

Its good way, same way as I feel here, but good way of primitivism

I'm not sure why this is primitive record. For me it sounds like quiet complex album for its times, with a lot of different sections, tempo changes and especially with a large variety in riffs. Of course, sonically it lays down with NWOBHM approach, but IMO it has its own sound. Or maybe I just look too much in historical context.....
