Only at second sight I noticed that this king is most probably you.
Finally, I found my copy of this really hard to find gem at some rebuy store on ebay for quite some money.
But it has been worth all this money yet. Just a little bit of filler material here and there, the rest is brilliant.
A really remarkable opus, quite overlooked, which is hard to see why.
I even like it slightly more than Solinari. Their debut still remains my favourite of them.
Highlights: A slow succumbing, The mourner's oak, Cairn

Since you checked all 3 full-lengths, the last thing you'll have to do is to listen the compilation God of Death & Disease which has their early demos and EPs.

I have done that now. And I have to say that I did not find much there of interest for me unfortunately.

Then you have to listen to Keen Of The Crow, it's the band formed after Morgion's demise, their music is a natural proggression from this album.

Noice. At this point there's one last album to check and it's Before The Rain's second album Frail. Gary Griffith (Morgion's Guitarist) was the vocalist in the album and he delivers. Music is still melodic death/doom added with some post-metal elements.

That would be the last thing to check from any of the Morgion boys for now.

End of the Morgion journey, for now, I suppose....

This album has death/doom soul and spirit but funeral doom song writing structure, slow, mournful , but not so dirge, even slow tempo, but not feeling from chruch. It has slow tempo, growls, feelings. more singing parts. This is killer one.

Every time I reach the final 3 minutes of A Slow Succumbing I almost start crying -- this is so incredibly beautiful.
