Post black metal can be quite a tough thing for newbies. Depending on your usual taste in music and your not-so-life-long experience it may either resemble Dimmu Borgir or Burzum. Apparently I'm not talking about the French but rather the German scene here, for in France they indeed developed a more independent style. Agrypnie then again is one of the shining acts in Germany and - surprise - the reason I'm writing this. IMO this album is still good, but not as good. Their previous works were full of power and diversity (especially 16[485]). Now I think the power is still there, but they've run out of new ideas, well-known from previous albums. I wanted to be surprised, but I wasn't. Anyway, that's not bad at all.

I agree with Pazdzioch, this album is quite too repetitive to be that long. Still I find it a good piece of Post/Melodic Black Metal, rating 6 is a bit low. If it would be shorter (like Pazdzioch said, something around 45 minutes long will be great) I would rate it 9.

It's nice while you're listening to it, but I can't remember a single song, or riff for that matter, even though I've listened to it for 5-6 times. Tried so hard to love this album, but it is pretty disappointing after all.
