The full album is streaming on their bandcamp. If memory is serving me well, I'd say this is the best thing they've released, but I may have to revisit the previous two albums to confirm that.

Nice.
I'd prefer if they screamed more than sang though ^~^

Oh I'm so keen to hear this release, but form karlabos said there doesn't sound like M has done his AAFCC type screeches. Ah well!

yeah was a bit gutted about that, is it me or do black/shoegaze bands seem to loose a bit more scream with every album?

It seems to be the case, however for this genre I have no personal issue with cleans. The great white emptiness was the more aggressive sounding album despite the harsher vocals. Deer twilight was more 60/40 in the clean section.

Good album. Not really any black metal, primarily dominated with shoegaze.

I'm only on the 4th track though.

Just spun this one for the second time, agree with willy, Only a couple of songs have the old post black metal sound, most is that softer but noisy shoegaze sound, but im liking it regardless! Even without the distorted screams from M this time.

Favorite track so far: Mountain mornings.

I really like this album, scratchy and abrasive shoegzae tones that still manage to feel very warm and enveloping. It's a bit of an AAFCC rip off though, just a lot more accessible.
