Currently listening to the Single "Bushido" which contains and it has some cool riffs and other good guitar parts scattered all over the song but then Joacin starts to sing and it just turns into "another generic Hammerfall song". The Reffrain is cheesy but not in a good way and I feel like they squeezed the Epic elements, doesn't feel natural at all. The solo is good though its quite short.

Single also has "The Way of the Warrior" which isnt on the tracklist of this record. It's possible its in another HF record but, tbh, I know little of their work and am too lazy to look for it. It's not better than Bushido, let's just say that.

After the first listening the album does not sound bad..Improvement after Infected imo!

Honestly a really solid album, kind of confused why it's getting so much negativity, Tainted Metal is one of the best HammerFall songs to date, Wildfire is pretty savage also. definitely better than Infected and No Sacrifice, No Victory, don't agree with the review. What makes HammerFall so good is the fact that they sound like HammerFall bands don't have to evolve to make things better, a band like Trivium has evolved and gotten worse, no one is liking the evolution of Opeth currently, Children Of Bodom has evolved and will never go back to the way they were years ago, so why do we say evolution is what makes a band stay solid..I disagree, good songs keep a band going on this album is full of them.

Idk why but for some reason, musically this reminds me of the most recent Grave Digger album and overall kinda sounds more straight out heavy metal than it does power metal. That said I really enjoyed listening to this, good guitar work with nice production - though some of the songs in the middle of the album felt like fillers.

Hey just look at other bands; its very hard to repeat the best albums and Hammerfall is no exception. I wish many bands recorded something like their the best albums but I know this is not possible at all. There are many bands which have 2 maybe 3 great albums in their discography and thats it.

For me it was an amazing album my 4rth best,great songs and a bit different from older albums My top 5 . 1 Legacy of kings 2 glory to the brave 3 crimson thunder 4 revolution 5 renegade

Where does these guys' boring factor reach its top?? But on the other hand - do I need to know?

I wasn't too impressed on first listen but I've grown to like it a little.

This is a real lowmark so far in their career. How on earth can you make such a toothless record? There's not a single riff or lead guitar work that sparks anything and the lyrics are just horrendous. If you would have an AI make a power metal album I guess this is what it would sound like. Or probably better. One of the worst albums i've heard in a long time. I would like to give a 3 but at the same time there's nothing here that I find enjoyable..

Yup... as I wrote this is one of the worst records I heard in a while. Not proud of giving out a 2, I very rarely do, but sometimes you got to face reality There’s just something off on this record... soulless, mechanical, unoriginal

soulless and mechanical?! - I don't know, the singer alone makes this band very listenable, if there was an average singer, i would not listen.

Unoriginal? I agree, although how original can one get with euro-power?

It's a good album, I enjoy it (and euro-power is a very hit & miss genre for me).
