I hope this one is more like Wanderer than Metachthonia but I'll be pretty happy regardless.

Turns out they went full folk! Acoustic guitars, clean vocals and fiddles throughout. Unexpected but not unwelcome, kind of sounds like unplugged black metal... Some tracks were apparently written as metal tracks and then "converted" and they will release an EP with metal versions later. I'm quite fine with this for the time being though, some of it reminds me of Skyclad's finer moments. Cool.

Sorry, but the vocals suck big time. Sounds like a college band on the day they decided to break up (right after they heard their own recordings for the very first time).
I really liked their previous albums but this is quite a letdown.

Turns out they went full folk!

I got really worried when I read that, but it was a nice surprise for sure, I really liked it.

Not bad, it reminds me of what Panopticon did with their last release on CD2. This one on is a bit more up beat though
