I feel like this is closer to their earlier stuff. I prefer Inmazes but this is still very good imo.

A bit of a letdown to be honest, but it deserves a few more spins before I make up my mind.

I am gonna have a hell of a time picking my album of the year. It's either Mol - Jord or this ...

Agree.
I really miss the heaviness of Inmazes.
But this is not a bad album.

I found this to be rather bland, I don't get the hype around this band. Oh well...

This album has made me enjoy Vola a lot! I don't know what happened last time I listened to Inmazes, didn't click at all. Now I adore it.

Agreed it's going to be tough! Jord is one heck of an album too. I think for me the AOTY is The Atlas Moth - Coma Noir. Haken - Vector was awesome too.

OK, this is inching itself towards AOTY for me. Definitely a 10. Amazingly beautiful and emotional.

I'm still not sure how I feel about this album - I really like the first song, but I've revisited the album a few times, and I feel like I spend most of my time part digging it, part being irritated by it. Hoping that second feeling leaves, because there is quite a lot I enjoy here

I like it. After so many stale and boring power metal albums this kind of creative mishmash of ideas just sounds so good and refreshing in my ears. The quality of the songs themselves is very solid, but the album lacks any instant classics. Even if it's supposed to be djent, it's still very different and varied compared to most similar bands.
