It was about time for these saxophone tech death lads to finally live up to their potential.

Only gave this one listen so far but wow what an amazing first impression. I rarely enjoy clean vocals but they are very nicely done in this band. Multiple good solos, amazing riffs left and right, tons of variation in the songwriting and unique melodies/ideas. They even use a saxophone in multiple songs and it doesn't feel forced or gimmicky at all.

This will probably be in my top 3 albums this year.

Cheers for highlighting this release, really enjoyed it - it will probably get lost in the sea of other quality tech-death/prog-death albums coming out this year, but it's a very good effort nonetheless

I think the main reason this gets lost is that it is not the most easy to digest music and the mix of technical + progressive is somewhat unfamiliar (at least I haven't heard anythng like this).
To me this is easily AOTY so far. An absolute masterpiece.

I didn't get the technical death metal bit from this album at all. I think that's a good sign. Bands that are blatantly tech death are the ones that I usually don't seem to enjoy.
