@corrupt the same goes for most of my favourite albums these days. I used to think I didn’t “respect” them enough by not listening to them enough. Somehow now I feel like I respect them a lot by keeping them for special moments.

A good meal, I like that analogy too yeah :)

That's pretty much how I feel about Anthems To The Welkin At Dusk It's to this day the abolute best I have ever heard in music. But I hardly listen to it once per year these days.

I treat it like eating a nice meal. A good album can fill you up and leave you satisfied, although that might differ per genre. To me listening to a good rap album is like drinking a nice cocktail.

Listening to Arkona’s Khram for the first time in two years while writing this. And this album is a 10 to me.
