Artillery - Drummer Killed In Accident
Artillery founding member/guitarist Michael Stützer Hansen shared news via his private Facebook page that the band's drummer Josua Madsen has passed away. Josua died after being hit by a bus early on Thursday morning (March 9, 2023) on the dark country road between Copenhagen and Roskilde, Denmark. Josua was the Artillery drummer since 2012.

Artillery - First Part Of World Touring Confirmed
Thrash metal machine Artillery will be celebrating the 40th anniversary since their formation with a live performances all over the globe. First on the menu is tour over Latin America, to be executed next month. Spring and summer are reserved for Europe shows (some dates are already confirmed), while the North American part comes in October. The Danes will also hit the Asian grounds, but not before 2024.

Artillery - To Release New Album In May 2021
Artillery guitarist Michael Stützer recently announced on his personal Facebook page that the band will enter the studio this Monday (December 28th) to begin mixing their new album for a May 2021 release. Not only will it be their first full-length record since 2018's The Face Of Fear, but also their first one with guitarist Kræn Meier as the replacement of Michael's late brother Morten Stützer, who died in October of last year. Artillery have released a new song "The Last Journey" - featuring former singers Flemming Rønsdorf and Søren Adamsen - digitally and on vinyl via Metal Blade Records. The B-side features "Trapped Under Ice", a cover by Metallica. "The Last Journey" is dedicated to the memory of former Artillery guitarist Morten Stützer, who passed away in October 2019.
