Denmark's LLNN are currently at the Gravitated Sound Studio, recording the follow-up to Deads, to be released later this year... and yes, the band is using the typical tools to create the sounds that shape their dystopian, nightmarish vision of no-future metal: hammers and grinding tools are as much an integral part of LLNN's sound as drums and guitars... all 'performed' live in the studio. Winterbane is the title of the record, produced by the band's trusted associate Andrea Fusini at Fusix Studio. Comprised of 10 songs, this effort also features a cover of Judas Priest song "Night Crawler". Winterbane will be released on April 23, 2021 by Scarlet Records and Marquee/Avalon (Japan).

French quartet Decline Of The I are set to release a new album, dubbed Johannes, on March 26th via Agonia Records. Drums were recorded at Hybreed Studios, while rest of the instruments were recorded at a private, home-studio. The album was mixed at Drudenhaus. Dehn Sora (Deathspell Omega, Blus Aus Nord) crafted the cover artwork. Alongside details, the band also revealed a music video for the first single "The Veil Of Splendid Lies".
