Souldrainer - Sign With ViciSolum Productions
Swedish metallers Souldrainer have inked a deal with ViciSolum Productions. The band's second full-length album will be released in the fall.
The band commented: "We are very excited to work with ViciSolum Productions, which is a Swedish label. We've had contact with them for a couple of months now and we finally got to sign the deal. We met up with Thomas from ViciSolum Productions last night at the venue we were playing and signed the contract right before we entered the stage. Thomas is a great guy with sound values and has a great vision and we believe that together we can make a great job making sure all our fans will get the opportunity to enjoy our music. We have great expectations about our upcoming album and we can't wait for you to hear it!"

Hailing from Russia, the slamming, groove oriented brutal Death Metal outfit Katalepsy joins forces with Unique Leader Records!
Katalepsy is one of the most active and well known Russian bands in the genre today. Extensive shows, touring, playing numerous fests supporting well know acts has really brought the band to another level. Their catchy, pit fueling, heavy as hell sound has since earned them fans from around the world who are highly anticipating a new release. In all, Katalepsy is a great example of perfectly executed American style slamming brutal Death Metal and is guaranteed to deliver to any fan of unrelenting music. Katalepsy is definitely a band to watch out for because their unique style and approach to song writing sheds new light compared to many brutal Death Metal acts today.

Finnish black crusaders Archgoat will record 5 new hymns of Angelslaying Black Fucking Metal this coming July. The mini album should be released in October this year. More information to follow in the coming weeks.
In other news, the layouts for both full lengths, Whore Of Bethlehem and The Light-Devouring Darkness, are currently being reworked by Finnish artist Helgorth from Babalon Graphics for an upcoming picture 12" vinyl re-issue via Debemur Morti Productions.
Last but not least, the band is set to headline the Deathkult Open Air festival in Gera, Thüringen (Germany) this coming June 4th as well as The Return Of Darkness & Evil Festival IV in Clifton, NJ (USA) this coming August 13th. This is the band's first and only East Coast appearance.

Founder, vocalist and guitarist Erik Rutan comments: "Phoenix Amongst The Ashes is an album that we did everything possible to create a death metal classic that would stand out amongst all of our releases as an album that not only carries the traditional Hate Eternal sound, but expands the boundaries of what is possible within the confines of extreme death metal. I feel that this album truly represents a band that overtime has matured into creating our most dynamic and intense album yet. At times fast and extreme, at times, heavy, atmospheric, evil and melodic with the darkest of overtones. I truly feel this is one of my finest moments in my career and a defining moment for Hate Eternal. If you are a death metal fan, you should give it a listen, you won't be disappointed!"
Hate Eternal recorded their fifth studio album, Phoenix Amongst The Ashes, at frontman Erik Rutan's own Mana Recording Studios in St. Petersburg, FL with mastering handled by Alan Douches of West West Side. J.J. Hrubovcak has been added as the band's bassist, alongside the devastating combo of Erik Rutan on guitar and Jade Simonetto on drums.
