Queensrÿche will release their new album, Condition Hüman, on October 2nd via Century Media. The album was recorded in part at Uberbeatz Studio in Washington with producer Chris "Zeuss" Harris. Now they have debuted the ripping new track "Guardian" which is the second taste of the new album after "Arrow Of Time". The legendary Seattle metal band Queensrÿche just revealed that they will return to Europe to play summer festivals as well as some headline shows. Armored Saint and Death Angel will support them on special dates. Now that a settlement has been reached with Geoff Tate over the ownership of the Queensrÿche name and brand, the band has already begun writing new material for the follow-up to their 2013 album Queensrÿche. The new album is tentatively scheduled for release in early summer 2015. Besides that, the band also disclosed more details about the settlement.

Queensrÿche - Reach Settlement With Geoff Tate
It appears like there will no longer be two Queensrÿches. Singer Geoff Tate and his former band mates have reached an agreement and the legal battle is over. After two different versions of Queensrÿche appeared following a split with the long-time singer, a lawsuit had resulted in a ruling that each side could use the same name until the case went to trial or was settled. Both sides now seem relieved with the outcome and are ready to move on. Queensrÿche, fronted by Todd La Torre, will continue touring and recording as Queensrÿche while Geoff Tate will pursue other endeavours and have exclusive rights to perform Operation: Mindcrime I and II in their entirety.
