When it comes to Steve Digiorgio, no matter how many ex- he has before his name. He's one of the best bassists in history of Metal...

I didn't say anything less of him. He's a really good bassist

It might be a band of "ex-" but digiorgio and lopez are definitely a turn on. just think of how many "ex-" does dan swano or tony laureano (two examples) have up their sleeves - does that make them bad musicians?

Even though I like the sound of this, and I like most of the musicians involved, this comment cracked me up.

Who's Joel Ekelöf?
While the rhythm section looks more than promising, i can't say the same for guitars and vocals...
But anyway looking forward to hear what this guy's been up to

Definitely keen for this...always been a fan of Lopez' work, was pretty bummed when he had to leave Opeth (Axe is a good replacement though ) and Steve DiGiorgio fucking slays!! Can't wait to see what they come up with. And that 'ex' comment was pretty lame

Ah, well sometimes it's better when you haven't heard of them, then you don't have pre-expectations for them to live up to, they have a clean slate

Cool news! I knew that Martin Lopez had a new project in the works, but this is the first official announcement that I read concerning it. I can't wait.

And I was wondering "Where in the world is Martin Lopez?"
Well, Steve DiGiorgio is in everything...
The music will be "different than anything else"... oh yeah, right... I've heard that before

I think this band is very good, Queens of the Stones age meets Tool with a bit of Opeth.
