Helloween - New Album Cover Art Revealed
German power metallers Helloween have revealed the complete cover art for their new album Straight Out Of Hell, after slowly unveiling it in four parts. Straight Out Of Hell's front cover was created by Martin Häusler, who was the artist of the artworks of 7 Sinners and Gambling With The Devil as well. See the cover below. The new album will see its release in Europe on January 18th and in North America on January 22nd, 2013.

I like the title, which fits in some way with the band's name and also their humour, and I like the concept of the cover-artwork too. A twisted war-zone does indeed seem like something straight out of hell. But is it just me, or is there way too much yellow and green colour in it? Other than this, I don't think it's that bad.

The only good thing I can say about the cover is it isn't the worst one in Helloween's discography. It is probably the best digital artwork that's been on a Helloween album to date, but seeing as the others were terrible, that isn't saying very much! Still, the artwork for Gambling With The Devil was even worse than this one, and that was a great album, so I'm still looking forward to the album lots.

Like a couple of other guys hinted, they must have stolen this idea from Tim Burton. It´s not the best looking album cover of all times, but I´m sure it´s going to be a great record.

Too bad that cover isnt what i expected to be,but i guess we cant have it all!:)
