Ensiferum - Bassist To Miss Two Festival Shows
Ensiferum bassist Sami Hinkka announced that he will not be performing with the rest of the band at the upcoming festivals this coming weekend: Rockstad: Falun and Summer Breeze Open Air. Replacing him on these two shows will be Jukka-Pekka Miettinen, the former bassist of the band.
Sami comments: "Hi folks! I'm really sorry to inform that due to personal reasons, I can't make it to Summer Breeze and Rockstad: Falun festivals next weekend. But fear not! Mr. Jukka-Pekka Miettinen has kindly promised to jump in my sweaty battle boots for those two shows. Nothing is wrong with me, but sometimes in life, schedules simply clash and even though Ensiferum's music is full of magic and mayhem, we still haven't figured out how to be in two places at the same time. See you all at Heidenfest!"

Too bad for people who go to those two festivals since Sami is probably the most entertaining part of Ensiferum live.
