WHAT A FUCKING LINEUP! Cathedral's amazing singer Lee Dorrian, Tim Bagshaw was a great heavy bassist for Electric Wizard, but he just ditched them on stage that one time. I hope he sticks around and that they all get along well. Mark Greening is a fantastic drumming with the most dynamic stoner/doom metal drumming and fills especially other than Chris Hakius. Greening's playing is arguably the best doom has ever heard, but he got into fights a lot too with Jus. I have a feeling since Jus of Electric Wizard isn't in this it could turn out well/last longer/have less fights. This sample is heavy and really cool, so I will hope for the best.

Exciting news. I Guess this might end up being the band Dorrian performs with at Roadburn then.

Here's a full track by the way, if that preview isn't enough for you guys

What does Lucifer have to do with Lee Dorrian? Except that it is on his Rise Above label?
Btw Lucifer is extremely mediocre, don't get me wrong.

But Gaz Jennings isn't in this band, so, I still fail to see the connection between Lucifer and this band.

And Lucifer sounds like The Oath and is just as bad. Riding the female fronted occult rock wave.

Because Gaz and Lee were in Cathedral, I expected Lucifer to sound like Cathedral but it wasn't where as With The Dead reminds me of early Cathedral.

With The Dead as early Cathedral? Huh? No way. It sounds a lot like Electric Wizard just with Lee's recognizable terrible vocals over it.
