I'm already anxious about all the potential clashes. I'd have a fulfilling festival just with what was announced so far

It's not really a relevant complaint since I couldn't attend even if I wanted to, but for me the lineup thus far is extremely underwhelming. I'm glad people are finding value in it but when I browse through the roster there isn't much going on that entices me.

Some good names, but nothing I would be sad to miss. I'm starting a search for other cool festivals I could attend in 2020, it's been too long.

Oranssi Pazuzu is a cool band, but saw them at Roadburn 2 times already (3 times if Waste of Space Orchestra counts). Same goes for Mizmor.
Also I don't like this recent Roadburn trend where every band plays whole sets of their brand new or even unreleased albums. Maybe it's just me, but when I hear a song or an album for the first time I really don't want it to happen in a live setting.
Crypt Sermon is kinda the only band that makes me excited in this lineup, the rest is totally uninteresting to me, so in hindsight I feel that not buying a ticket was justified.
