Big changes within the Helevorn ranks, as the band have announced that founding member/guitarist Samuel Morales and longtime keyboardist Enrique Sierra are no longer part of the band. As posted by the band on their Facebook page, they felt a need of change for both the band and departing members.

Statement from the band: "Samuel Morales (guitarist and co-founding member) and Enrique Sierra (keyboardist since 2002) are no longer part of Helevorn. It has been a very difficult and very meditated decision, but we feel that after twenty years, the band has completed a cycle and needs a change of direction. We are looking forward to new challenges, with new people fresh talent, and new ways of working and facing the immediate future. We were stuck in a rut that was difficult to break, and we thought this change was the best thing for Helevorn to continue our journey.

"Samuel and Enrique have always given their all for the band, and we are deeply grateful to them. Thank you so much for all that we have experienced together, for your commitment and for your friendship and understanding. You will always be part of this little family.
