Saxon - Releasing New Studio Album In February


After releasing covers album earlier this year, the heavy metal legends Saxon now proudly announce the release of their next full length instalment. Entitled Carpe Diem, it has been set to be released on February 4th, 2022 via Silver Lining Music. Produced by Andy Sneap at Backstage Recording Studios in Derbyshire with Biff Byford. Sneap also handled the mixing and mastering of the album. Alongside unveiled details, a music video for the title track has also premiered online.

Hadrians wall, long story short the Romans built it to keep the Scots out of England, it will come in handy again if the Scots ever decide to break away from the UK again.

were there actual Scots in the first century AD?
I always thought the Romans built that wall to keep any danger from the tribes that lived there, raiders, etc.

I always thought the Romans built that wall to keep any danger from the tribes that lived there, raiders, etc.

I just refer to the tribes and raiders north of the wall as Scots myself, even though Scotland wasn't established as an actual country then, maybe Celtic tribes would be the right saying?

I was mainly wondering strange graphics...half of cover its just nothing, sky panorama or maybe that was Scotland/Caledonia in early middle ages? Just hills?
