In Extremo - Former Bagpipes Player Dies
Boris Pfeiffer, former bagpipes player of German folk outfit In Extremo allegedly died during an unannounced demonstration against covid-19 measures in Berlin, Germany on Monday.
The band writes on Facebook: "We were shocked and saddened to learn of the death of our long-time companion Boris.
24 years together on stage were more than just a moment.
Our thoughts are with his family!"
Pfeiffer left In Extremo in 2021 over undisclosed differences with the other members. He had been with the band from day one, recording 12 albums together.

"Undisclosed differences"? Given the fact, that he left the band during a pandemic and died at a protest against compulsory vaccination, then I think I have found the cause. Anyway, it's fucking sad news. He was great at live shows.
