Lorna Shore - New Album Details; First Single Online


Symphonic deathcore group Lorna Shore have revealed more details for their upcoming fifth studio album. Titled I Feel The Everblack Festering Within Me, the album is slated for release on September 12th via Century Media Records. At the same time, the band dropped a crushing new single titled "Oblivion", which was produced, mixed, and mastered by Josh Schroeder at Random Awesome! Studios in Bay City, Michigan.

Man, I love this band. I never thought I would enjoy Symphonic metal in any form, but then came Lorna Shore and changed that.

Gosh I wish they get rid of these mandatory breakdowns in every song but I guess the whole "core" genre is built around it

It really kills the momentum. I haven't listened to this single yet, but it doesn't surprise me that they kept that element. I assume it's a crowd-pleaser. Shadow of Intent is a good example of a deathcore band that doesn't (often) use them.
