Altered State, the second full-length studio album following One from the British progressive band TesseracT has been made available online and can be streamed in its entirety in the YouTube clip below in advance of its release. This is the first album featuring new vocalist Ashe O'Hara. Enjoy it while you can.

Altered State is due on May 27th throughout Europe and May 28th in North America via Century Media Records and the album is divided into four movements - Of Matter, Of Mind, Of Reality and Of Energy - representing the transformations within the band over the past few years.
