I'm glad these guys got a MS profile in the end . As for the album, it felt a little short for my liking but it's very encouraging for a debut. The singers voice is over-strained in the 2nd half of the album, but the first few songs are amazing - some really good melodies and guitar / keyboard solo duels going on.

Admittedly they're a bit of a Rhapsody Of Fire clone, but there's some great potential here for the future.

In fact. They and Noble Beast have been the PM surprises this year.

A bit late, but I'd add Arion to that list.

If I'm being objective, this deserves more like an 8/10. But godamn do I love that powermetal cheese... so I'm bumping up my score a bit

The symph elements, guitarwork and vox are all excellent. My biggest gripe is that the songs are too short and could use a little more added complexity - as it is, the album only has a 36min long runtime

Just two 7min+ songs added on top to this album and it would've been powermetal album of the year. But overall, it's still very enjoyable if you're into bands like GloryHammer, DragonLand, Pathfinder etc.
