Voivod - New Song Streaming Online
How about a new tune from Voivod? The Canadian metal innovators recently recorded a new song for a split 7" vinyl release with Century Media labelmates At The Gates. The collector's item will be available in stores on April 7th and you can now check out the Voivod 7-minute track, "We Are Connected", in the YouTube clip below.

This is honestly the best the band's sounded in years. And I can quite happily to say that (if they weren't leading us on) I was one of the first to hear this live when they played it in Miami last night

I could tell by just the songtitle that this was going to be good. Anything that alludes to the monstrous title track of their 1987 opus can not be lame, right? Aaaaaand I was right. Color me impressed.

I didn´t like the last ones . The first impression of this one is like the old good moments are here again . But the genius of " Nothingface " it seems lost forever.

Seems to pick up right where they left off with Target Earth, which I also thought was awesome. So great to hear Voivod putting out excellent material again. Blacky rules!

Up to Nothingface everything Voivod released was brilliant especially "Killing Technology and Dimension Hatross". This song sounds like a mesh of those two albums. That's a good thing! I just can't stomach Angel Rat and Outer Limits proggie went a courtin sound. I like it!!
