This is a nice compilation with a mixture of demos, live, rare and two new songs. As always with these kind of compilation there's better and less intresting stuff but to my suprise this one actually is kind of cool all the way. I would say I the most intresting part is songs from the 1989 demo, songs like Medieval Nightmares and Pirates are great great songs.
