Thanks for the tip but YT made a nice suggestion for once. Funnily enough at first listen the song sounded quite boring, now it sounds better. Anyway on pc sound is never too good. Hope I can see OG live again soon as they truly deliver on stage!

So apparantly Markus Vanhala took on both rhythm and lead guitars on this album, since their previous guitarist quit. Very impressive. We shall see how it plays out.

"Unity" is one of the bands best songs, holy hell it brought me to tears! Thank you thank you thank you!
There are some odd music decisions here and there on the album, but Reckoning, Fortitude, and Unity really make this such an incredible gift to me. The album may be my second favorite after "Beyond."

Might seem bleak or simplistic to some but disregard that. So far, album of the year for me, the atmosphere they conveyed here is priceless.

I am so in love with Markus Vanhala right now.

'Tempest' top song for me on this one

I'm just not into this one as much as The Burning Cold. The clean singing is a big turn off, and album as a whole is monotonous

I do agree that it will get old faster bcos of its generic nature but still I liked the album very much for its few melodies.

OG are really constant with quality level of their albums and ORIGIN is another solid brick in their music monument.

Not big fan of this and Mors ... I like Genre, bit here Gothenburg is more as melo dm, same time its sortha dry album, needs compose something, singer need find better composers. Even In Morning from Sweden new album will be better IMO. Not happy whit this one.

Repetitive and bummed out. Not for me...

This album is close to perfect considering how consistent the execution of their formula is.

It doesn’t quite hit the level of New World Shadows or Beyond, but they are definitely cruising back that direction with the songwriting here. I think it’s their strongest release of the last three.

The album has it's moments but mostly it feels a bit watered down.

Enjoy the music but personnaly I found that the vocalist is the weakest part of the band.

The more I listen to the album, the more I like it.
