Only had one listen so far but this could be their best one yet; they've incorporated the more intense metal and harsher vocals more naturally than on Eye The Tide, and the softer melancholic stuff is just as immersive as on Time Travel Dilemma and Reign Of The Orion. With Weedpecker mildly disappointing last weekend, Spaceslug have really stepped up

It's some decent gentle, doomy sludge, but I'm slightly disappointed that it doesn't capture me the same way as it does others, has some impressive moments but doesn't wow me as a whole. "Spring Of The Abyss" is definitely the standout track for me.
