That Depeche Mode cover is pretty interesting

Man oh man I was expecting so much more from this record.

I think its fantastic. Its exactly what I hoped it would be following Autotheism. I've listened to the album 6 times today. 9/10

What an utter disappointment. It's not bad, but for these guys...this is weak

This album is incredibly weird. I'm not sure it's going to grow on me.
Also, I wish they kept the vocalist they used for The Spiraling Void for the rest of the album. The new BM guy ain't my cup of tea.
With that being said, the aforementioned song is great and so is Black Star. Will see about the rest.

People who think this album is a let down must not like it when a band alters their sound at all. This album is much more interesting than their previous IMO. The classical arrangements at some moments and the over all narrative vibe are very refreshing to me. I love this album.

This sounds waaay better than their earlier albums (except for Autotheism)!!! The new corporation of shrieks adds so much!
