haha I always wondered how would a guy feel to play drums for an all-female band, BTW the one in the middle has terrible choice of out-fit. Hers doesn't go with her other band mates.

That's because she's the singer, and (switches to sarcastic voice) singers have to stand out and be noticed because they're the face of the band.
Did you notice the expression on the one on her right's face? I think one of the others must've farted or something 'cause she looks rather disgusted.

she's fan of healthy life mostly because she makes most of the money for her band mates, if she wouldn't be able to sing like always and tour for example in four months, the whole band will lose lots of money.

on the other hand healthy life in some extent is actually fine.

Guys and girls tend to find different things attractive. Most girls are absolutely turned off by fake boobs and most guys don't seem to appreciate nice facial features as much as girls do. One of my guesses is that guys don't know how much makeup contributes to a girl's appearance and another is that they care more for body shape than facial features.
Of course there are exceptions though. There are girls who like fake disproportionate boobs and "cake faces", and there are guys who actually do appreciate natural beauty.

yes true,but anything that works on a lady, it might not work on another one,some certain style of make up, a certain shape of body,even some modification for boobs

I don't know sometimes it's urgent for a person to do some of them, because it may help to have more self-confidence for their appearance.

on the whole good look is just a big bonus for people in my opinion.
but I personally think that all women are physically beautiful unless they start to overdo something.
