I find this album just as good as Autumn Aurora, maybe not as atmospheric, but certainly as epic, if not more so. There's a very tranquil atmospheric feel to it, because of those hypnotic riffs. "Furrows of the gods" is my favourite Drudkh song, it has an epic build up leading to one of the best finishes to a song of this genre I've ever heard, it has such a great closing riff, then followed by a folky melody which is just pure brilliance.

My favorite Drudkh song ever is "Solitude", and this is off of this album, a masterpiece as a whole!

I'd listened to some black metal with folk influences before hearing this but I'd never heard an album that created such a trance-like atmosphere (not in an EDM way, ew). A fantastic album and one of the best examples of pagan black metal IMO. 9.0/10 for me - 'Furrows of Gods' and 'When the Flame Turns to Ashes' are the standout tracks. 'Solitude' is also great.
