Within Temptation - Theater Tour 2010
Within Temptation have announced the following:
"After receiving great responses on our sold out theatre tour in 2008, we decided to do a rerun of this tour, so you'll still have the opportunity to attend these special seated concerts. During these shows we will be playing a lot of our songs in an acoustic version and we'll have special lighting and visual effects. The tour will cover 17 shows in The Netherlands and Belgium.
These will be our first live shows after a long period of writing and recording. We are already looking forward to see you again!"

WTF nearly all those shows are in Holland, where you can pretty much travel from one corner of the country to the other in less than 2 hours  guess they have lots of fangirls there

I saw the theatre tour last year. I enjoyed the theatre show, because I could sit down in a fat chair and my back didn't hurt and there was lots of eye candy with videos and stuff. The band had asked not to use cameras, but people did fire their flashes happily, which in the dark hall created the atmosphere of a minor thunderstorm and not of a special cultural highlight. For me the off-the-shelf metal concert they played the year before or so in my town was a lot more impressive. It all was heavier and the impact more direct and, to tell god's truth, in a short skirt she looked a lot better, than in her grandma's night gown, which she wore on the theatre tour. So that's my personal view and I'll take a regular WT concert over the theatre tour any time.
