Shouts out Spotify for tossing this my way randomly. What a killer album. The subtle synth tones really add another layer to this great black metal album.

Is this really so underappreciated tho? Literally one of the first bands mentioned when talking about best black-thrash bands or when talking about good thrash acts from that horrible 1994-1998 period for thrash.

Maybe he's referring to the album having only 78 votes

bingo. 78 votes to me means not a lot of people (here, at least) listen to them. Kinda surprised me to be honest, because I always thought of them when I thought of blackened thrash/speed metal

I'd consider 78 to be a lot for MS standard, especially on a genre like black/thrash which is far from the most popular stuff around

Once drew that wolf in my own way a while ago before the illustrated rereleases. This one wolf was the best representation of one I've known.

This is a great debut, it's so raw, so sinister and so melodic, and has some really great demonic harsh vocals and guitar work too. I've always thought it sounded like something between Bathory, Celtic Frost and Dissection, which is a tremendous blend indeed, and these are is still one of the best Aussie bands around
