"Draining The Waterheart" will, I hope, be considered as the great return of the excellent Doom Metal band from Chile, Mar De Grises. Their first album was already acclaimed by the Doom Metal fans but I'm sure that "Draining The Waterheart" will push the band to the grade of "cult" Doom Metal combo. Definitely, in the Doom Metal scene, it's hard to find something so original and poetic, Mar De Grises is a unique band and I hope that you'll not miss their new masterpiece.

Thinking about compiling a list of "complex" albums, this will fit right in. MDG's finest

I agree about this being better than their debut, awesome album! Still have to listen to the third album though.

The third album is no less good than this one, less radical but more accomplished.

One of the finest moments from Chile's metal scene. <3
The piano section from One Possessed and the dreamy yet very Heavy intro from Deep-Seeded Hope Avant-Garde are so breathtaking.

Bad English
Tage Westerlund
Debut was better, CD2 is totally worthless. Good long doom, but somehow band experiments are more ''avant-garde'' long not so doom improvisations into the music. Cool touch, but well somehow not.
