Yes, I think so.
It's not too obvious because Birgit had already nuked each of his votes in January 2019. But it's the same old story again now, he's a notorious up-/downvoter I'd say.

10/10 for Belzebubs and 1/10 for Insomnium? That doesn't even make any sense whatsoever.

How does the vote abuse even work?

Rating everything with 1's and 10's, like there's nothing in between is the most obvious form of vote abuse. There are other more subtle forms and we tend to assess each case individually.

Deleted and warned. I would consider it a direct manipulation of the 2020 top album charts.

I was trying to discover some new music by looking into albums with high ratings. I started looking into the band The Elysian Fields, because all their albums were rated extremely high, and I have never heard of them... When listening to the band, I couldn't understand the high ratings. Then I started looking into the profiles giving the band 10's and I've found at least 7 accounts with no ratings, except all 10's for all albums by The Elisian Fields...

Found those 7 plus 15 more. Lots of multiple accounts. All votes wiped and accounts banned. The ratings have dropped accordingly.

There are quite a few users here with similar voting patterns in terms of a low overall score but technically within the rules of casting enough of a wide spread for them to be acceptable.

It does seem disingenuous for someone to listen to so much music they don't like and is possibly a tactic to tank certain albums tactically to avoid being deleted, but unless we decide this style of voting violates the spirit of that feature, they're free to keep punishing their ears.

It's also likely to be an account made with a VPN after being previously nuked/warned/banned as I've been going through rating abusers. Some of them tuck tail and run to return later for the same purpose, but it isn't always so cut and dry proving it's a duplicate account.

well then it can also mean he doesn't know how to rate then.
Even if let's say I dislike something, that does not mean I rate that album a 1 or a 2. I mean 3 already means "very bad", so I don't know what to say. It's weird. I was trying to see why some newly released albums have lower rating, so what do you know, it's this guy with a very low rating. He gave the new John Petrucci album a 1. WTf?! Even if anyone dislikes Petrucci's style of playing guitar, to say that is the worst thing ever, it's ridiculous.
